The Harm Reduction T/A Collective was formed as a grassroots response to increased technical assistance needs that have recently arisen across the country. We are a group of harm reductionists, researchers, public health workers, and advocates who are deeply committed to ensuring that people who use drugs receive the best care possible, and that organizations devoted to providing that care have the resources they need to thrive. At the core of our mission is a firm belief in listening to and working with the people who utilize harm reduction resources and the people who provide them to ensure that the best interests of people who use drugs are always paramount.
